I started making pasta and selling it at the farmer's markets with a small hand crank machine and drying the noodles on a clothes rack.  It was a great activity to keep me busy during the really hot days of summer.  But I couldn't keep up with the demand.  I decided to invest in a small commercial extruding machine.  With the attachments, I can now make spaghetti, fettuccine, shells, tubes, and twists.

All pasta is made solely with solar and wind power.
